Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into temporary construction easements, temporary trail easements, and permanent trail easements, in lieu of eminent domain, with the owners of certain properties in the 6th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, parcel ID number 0049-E-00132-0000-00, addressed as 147 39th Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15201, for multimodal trail work related to public mobility.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 147 39th Street, with the current owner Arsenal 201 - Phase 2, LLC, or future owners of the property designated as Block 49-E, Lot No. 132 (49-E-132), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain multimodal trail work related to public mobility, as further described in the metes and bounds attached hereto.  

 

Section 2. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary trail easement over 147 39th Street, with the current owner Arsenal 201 - Phase 2, LLC, or future owners of the property designated as Block 49-E, Lot No. 132 (49-E-132), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain multimodal trail work related to public mobility, as further described in the metes and bounds attached hereto.  

 

Section 3.
