Resolution amending Resolution No. 555 of 2019, effective September 12, 2019, entitled “Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation to provide administration and operating expenses, housing and housing related supportive services to persons with HIV/AIDS and their families, at a total cost not to exceed $1,071,974.00,” by increasing the not-to-exceed amount for a Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS line item Agreement or Agreements by $165,945 to $1,237,919 to reflect the allocation of federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, to provide administrative and operating expenses, housing and housing related supportive services to persons with HIV/AIDS and their families, at a total cost not to exceed [$1,071,974.00] $1,237,919.00 chargeable to and payable from the JD Edwards Job Number:

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
