Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with agencies to provide emergency shelter services; street outreach services; rental assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services; or data collection activities, as associated with Emergency Solutions Grant funds, at a total cost not to exceed [$1,180,626.00] $7,632,975.00 chargeable to and payable from the JD Edwards Job Number::

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
