Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Erin M. Palchak and her attorney, Colleen Ramage Johnston, Esquire, c/o Johnston & Lykos, LLC; 525 William Penn Place, 28^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00), in full and final settlement of charges filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) against the City of Pittsburgh, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2020.
