Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, as Chief Elected Official for the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized to enter into: 1) a Chief Elected Official and Local Workforce Development Partnership Agreement and 2) a Chief Elected Official and Fiscal Agent Agreement with Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board, Inc. (dba Partner4Work) and the Chief Elected Official of Allegheny County, Rich Fitzgerald.  The agreements are subject to the applicable requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Workforce System Policy 02-2015.
