Title
Resolution providing for an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the construction phase of the Allegheny Circle Phase 2 construction project, and providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million, Eighty Six Thousand, Four Hundred Ninety Five ($2,086,495.00) dollars; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Eight Thousand ($8,000.00) dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred costs associated with the construction phase of the Allegheny Circle Phase 2 construction project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million, Eighty Six Thousand, Four Hundred Ninety Five ($2,086,495.00) dollars, representing an increase of One Million, One Hundred Seventy Six Thousand ($1,176,000.00) dollars from the original reimbursement agreement 52331, as authorized by Resolution 413 of 2017 ; account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with the construction phase of the Allegheny Circle Phase 2 construction project, at a cost not to exceed Eight Thousand ($8,000.00), representing an increase of Four Thousand Eight Hundred ($4,800.00) from the amount authorized in City of Pittsburgh contract 52331, as authorized by Resol...
