Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Jones Passodelis, PLLC, Gulf Tower, Suite 3410, 707 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for professional legal services for an employment related matter before the Human Relations Commission for an amount not to exceed Twenty Four Thousand and No Cents ($24,000.00), charging to 11101.108000.53.53517.2020.
