Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Curtin & Heefner, LLP, 2005 S. Easton Road, Suite 100, Doylestown, PA l8901, in an amount not to exceed Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Four Dollars and Five Cents ($11,864.05) for professional legal services and expert advice regarding Source of Income litigation, chargeable to and payable from 11101.108000.53.53517.2020.
