Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into temporary construction easements, in lieu of eminent domain, with the owners of certain property in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, known as 1599 Fallowfield Avenue and 1545 Fallowfield Avenue, for landslide remediation work related to public roadway purposes.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 1599 Fallowfield Avenue, with the current owner Beechview Gare Montparnasse, LLC or future owners of the property designated as Block 35-G, Lot No. 92 (35-G-92), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to public roadway purposes.
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 1545 Fallowfield Avenue, with the current owner Port Authority of Allegheny County or the future owners of the property designated as Block 35-G, Lot No. 97 (35-G-97), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, for the purposed of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to public roadway purposes.
