Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 1261 Voskamp Street, with the current owner Margie L. and Rock J. Pastin or future owners of the property designated as Block 24-G, Lot No. 51 (24-G-51), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to public park purposes.

Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 1267 Voskamp Street, with the current owners Regis A. & Dolores Stumpf Hartman and Eileen M. Hartman or future owners of the property designated as Block 24-G, Lot No. 54 (24-G-54), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to public park purposes.

Section 3. The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter in a temporary construction easement over 1273 Voskamp Street, with the current owner Suraya Akter or future owners of the property designated as Block 24-G, Lot No. 50 (24-G-50), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposed of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to the public park purposes.
