Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into temporary construction easements, in lieu of eminent domain, with the owners of certain property in the 18th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, known as 318 Arlington Avenue and 320 Arlington Avenue for landslide remediation work related to public roadway purposes.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 320 Arlington Avenue, with the current owner Michael Gene Elden or future owners of the property designated as Block 3-E, Lot No. 12 (3-E-12), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to public roadway purposes.  

 

Section 2.                     The Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized, in lieu of eminent domain, to enter into a temporary construction easement over 318 Arlington Avenue, with the current owner Priminvest Corporation or future owners of the property designated as Block 3-E, Lot No. 10 (3-E-10), in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County; for the purposes of conducting certain landslide remediation work related to public roadway purposes.
