WHEREAS, Paul McKibben is celebrating his 80^th Birthday on Saturday, May 23, 2020; and,

Body

WHEREAS, Paul, a native of South Side, was born in 1940 to Mary and Charles McKibben and was one of six children; and,

WHEREAS, Paul married Diane in 1964 and they reside in Mt. Washington, where Diane was born and raised; and, 

WHEREAS, Paul spent most of his working years as a warehouse supervisor for the Weinman Pump and Supply Co. until it closed down in the early 2000s. He then went on to work for Medi Home Health until retirement; and,

WHEREAS, although his two brothers and three sisters passed away, he has many nieces and nephews that he is very close to and he is very much loved by all; and,

WHEREAS, Paul and Diane have 2 sons, Paul Jr. and Charles and they are the proud grandparents of Paul and Gabriel. Paul is a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend and neighbor; and,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby wish Mr. McKibben a happy 80^th Birthday and wish him many more to come; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Saturday, May 23, 2020 to be “Paul McKibben Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
