Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) pursuant to which CEC will monitor identified wetlands in Nine Mile Run, Frick Park and produce and annual report for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers in order for the City of Pittsburgh to maintain certain permits issued. Funds shall be chargeable to and payable from the following ARAD Trust Fund: 

2020 - 40002803000.53725.00 - $9,600.00
2021 - 40002803000.53725.00 - $8,600.00
2022 - 40002803000.53725.00 - $10,800.00

The form and substance of the Agreement is subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
