Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute a relevant agreement or agreements, or the use of existing agreements, with Keep America Beautiful, in order to receive a grant award valued at TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (10,285.00) DOLLARS in the form of 60 Clear Stream special event recycling collection frames with signage frames, 60 cases of 100 bags/case, and 3-transport/storage carts to be used by organizations holding public events.
