Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Hawke McKeon & Sniscak, LLP, 100 North Tenth Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101 for legal services in connection with PUC matters, in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($50,000.00), chargeable to 11101.108000.53.53517.2020.
