Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) in favor of Michelle and Paul Corey and their attorney, Ainsman Levine, LLC, 310 Grant St, Ste. 1500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-2300, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, charging same to 11101.108000.58.58105.2020.
