Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to apply for grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC)’s Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund and, in the event this grant is awarded, execute relevant agreements  with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County, in order to receive a grant award not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars for the Brighton Heights Healthy Active Living Center, Building Renovation.
