Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Gleason & Associates PC, P.O. Box 644816, Pittsburgh, PA l5264-4816 in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and No Cents ($5,535.00) for professional services in connection with a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, chargeable to and payable from 11101.108000.53.53901.2020.
