Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($47,500.00) in favor of Douglas Anderson, Administrator, and his attorneys, Joyce & Bittner, Suite 3321 Grant Building, 330 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D 14-015587 and charging same to 11101.108000.58.58105.2020.
