Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Flexable, LLC for professional on-site child care services for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Thirty-One Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($131,625.00) over three years and for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Flexable, LLC for professional on-site child care services for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Thirty-One Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($131,625.00) over three years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council in future years.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2020: $43,875.00 from Account Code 11101.109000.53.53907.2020
2021: $43,875.00 from Account Code 11101.109000.53.53907.2021
2022: $43,875.00 from Account Code 11101.109000.53.53907.2022
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
