Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution 56 of 2018, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an Agreement with The United Way of Southwestern PA for services relating to the Career Transition Project (21 and Able), and providing for the payment of the costs thereof", is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with The United Way of Southwestern PA for services related to initiating the Career Transition Project (21 and Able), to encourage the development of long term employment opportunities in the City workforce for individuals with disabilities, for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($240,000.00) over two four years and for the payment of the costs thereof.


Funds shall be paid from the following accounts, subject to annual appropriation by City Council in future years:
