Resolution amending the Rules of Council, Rule XI: Invoices, to increase the Departmental Invoice maximum from three thousand dollars to five thousand dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Rules of Council are hereby amended at Article XI: Invoices, Section A: Departmental Invoices, as follows:
A. Departmental invoices [Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)] Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) or below with a purpose that is not covered under a contract with the City of Pittsburgh may be paid by the City Controller after the invoices have been placed on City Council’s Standing Committees agenda under the Committee on Finance and Law and approved.
