The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign three (3) warrants in the total sum of Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000) which shall be allocated and paid as follows: Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,250), subject to required withholdings, made payable to Ermand Buccina, 1415 Oakglen St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15204, in full satisfaction of all claims including but not limited to claims for any alleged lost compensation. An IRS Form W-2 will be issued to Mr. Buccina according to statute; and Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) will be made payable to Ermand Buccina, 1415 Oakglen St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15204, in full satisfaction of all other claims. An IRS Form I 099, with Box 3 marked as "other income," will be issued according to statute; and Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($4,750) to Mr. Buccina's legal counsel, Wienand & Bagin, First & Market Building, 100 First Avenue, Suite 101, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, as final settlement related to the action filed with the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign three (3) warrants in the total sum of Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00) relating to the settlement of an action filed with the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. The payment distribution of this total amount shall be broken down as follows:
(i) Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,250), from the Office of Management and Budget Account chargeable to 11101.102200.51.51101.2020 subject to required withholdings, made payable to Ermand Buccina, 1415 Oakglen St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15204, in full satisfaction of all claims including but not limited to claims for any alleged lost compensation. An IRS Form W-2 will be issued to Mr. Buccina according to statute; and
(ii) Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) will be made payable to Ermand Buccina, 1415 Oakglen St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15204, chargeable to 11101.108000.58.58105.2020 in full satisfaction of all other claims. An IRS Form 1099, with Box 3 marked as "other income," will be issued to Mr. Buccina according to statute; and
(iii) Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($4,750) shall be paid to Wienand & Bagin, First & Market Building, 100 First Avenue, Suite 101, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 representing the fees and costs associated with the case, chargeable to 11101.108000.58.58105.2020.
