Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Consultant(s) and Vendor(s) Cascadia Partners for the purpose of assisting the City in developing plans and studies at a cost not to exceed $173,212.00 $213,657.00, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:

201820 Operating Budget, Department of City Planning, Professional & Technical Services:
