Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $3,300.00, in favor of Dane Hager, 414 Rebecca Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15221 for damage to his vehicle from an intersectional accident with a city police vehicle, in emergency response, at the intersection of Frankstown Avenue and Washington Blvd., on March 31, 2019, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2020.
