Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $3,013.00, in favor of Duquesne Light Company, ATTN: Carolyn K. Cingel, 411 Seventh Avenue, Mail Drop 16-1, Pittsburgh, PA  15219 for damage to their light pole near 1205 Denniston Avenue, Pittsburgh, 15217 from a City ES-Recycling vehicle pulling it down on April 30, 2019, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2020.
