Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.

Section 1 of Resolution No. 316, effective May 14ths 2018 which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants, for the design and services during construction for traffic signal installation of the South Side Signals Project; The project is at a cost not to exceed $390,213.38, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2.
