Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 855 of 2011 is hereby further amended and supplemented in order to transfer $20,000 within District 1 Neighborhoods Needs from American Legion Post #681 to War Memorials, as per the "Revised Budget" column as follows:
