Be it resolved by the Council of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, 525 William Penn Place, 28^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-3152 for legal services in connection with an employment related matter, in an amount not to exceed Thirteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($13,000.00), chargeable to 11101.108000.53.53517.2020.
