Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an Agreement with Henderson Brothers for services relating to the brokerage of a one year excess workers’ compensation insurance policy for a sum not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).  The Contract allows for two one-year renewal options at the same price at the discretion of the city.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Henderson Brothers for services relating to the brokerage of a one year excess workers’ compensation insurance policy for a sum not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).  The Contract allows for two one-year renewal options at the same cost at the discretion of the city.

 

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

 

2020: $30,000.00 from 9993817000.52309.00

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
