Title

Resolution authorizing the creation of a Parks Tax Task Force.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  There is hereby created a Parks Tax Task Force, which shall consist of the following members:

                     (a)  The Councilmember who is the chair of the Committee of Finance and Law

                     (b)  The Councilmember who is the chair of the Committee of Intergovernmental Affairs

                     (c)  The Councilmember who is the chair of the Committee of Parks & Recreation

                     (d)  The Mayor, or his designee

                     (e)  The Director of the Department of Public Works, or his designee

                     (f)  The Council Budget Director, or his designee

                     (g)  The Director of the Office of Management and Budget, or his designee

                     (h)  The City Controller, or his designee

Section 2.  The Task force shall create recommendations for the implementation of the Parks Tax and the Parks Trust Fund.
