Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled "adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget" by transferring a total of $33,372.46 within District 1 Neighborhood Needs to Allegheny West ($5,000), Historic Deutschtown Development Corp ($10,000), Northside Leadership Conference ($12,000), Spring Hill Civic League ($5,500), and Public Safety-AEDs ($872.46).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 855 of 2011 is hereby further amended and supplemented in order transfer
$33,372.46 within District 1 Neighborhood Needs from District 1 DPW Projects ($33,372.46) to Allegheny West ($5,000), Historic Deutschtown Development Corp ($10,000), Northside Leadership Conference ($12,000), Spring Hill Civic League ($5,500), and Public Safety-AEDs ($872.46), as per the "Revised Budget" column, and to also rename and clarify two groups, as follows:
