Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The City Clerk and the Mayor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) and/or the use of existing Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with vendor(s) and/or consultant(s) for the purpose of renovation of certain space on the Fifth Floor of the City County Building. Cost shall not exceed Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) and shall be payable from the following account(s):

Section 2.                      Said Agreement(s) and or Contract(s) will be in a form that has been approved by the City Solicitor.
