Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of ZOLL Medical Corporation in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($195,000.00) for software needed for the operation of automated external defibrillators and heart monitors for the Department of Public Safety, chargeable to and payable from 11101.210000.57.57501.2020.
