Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Fireman Creative LLC for the purpose of assisting the City to plan and conduct a design workshop and produce a visually compelling suite of digital and print materials to effectively communicate our Neighborhood Plan Program and Guide to the public and a variety of- users at a cost not to exceed $24,950.00.
Section 2. Monies used for the Agreement with Fireman Creative LLC in furtherance of the Neighborhood Plan Program and Guide will be chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
