Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into an Agreement or Agreements with International Trauma Life Support Pennsylvania Chapter, for trauma life support training services for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services at a sum not to exceed Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,750.00) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from 11101.220000.53.53301.2019.

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
