Resolution providing for a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) extension with B2GNow, and providing for the payment thereof at a cost not to exceed Fifty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Six Dollars ($59,636.00).

WHEREAS, The City of Pittsburgh commitment to provide continued access to minority and women owned small businesses and;
WHEREAS, the Equal Opportunity Review Commission within the Office Equity (EORC), is tasked to compliance and contract review and;
WHEREAS, this contract continuation will allow EORC to track compliance, workforce, research for certified MWBE companies doing business with the City of Pittsburgh as prime and subcontractors;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief Equity Officer, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to continue a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with AskReply doing business as B2GNow and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $59,636.00, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards accounts:
