Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Chief Equity Officer and Deputy Chief of Staff, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Eight and Twenty Cents. ($5,258.20) to Levy Convention Centers for costs incurred for Government Alliance on Race and Equity Training, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards account  11101.102100.56.56151.2019.
