Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled "adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget" by transferring a total of $37,392.76 from closed and completed projects within District 1 Neighborhood Needs to Public Safety-AEDs ($9,514), District 1 DPW Projects ($7,878.76), and American Legion Post #681 ($20,000) and Allegheny West ($10,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 855 of 2011 is hereby further amended and supplemented in order transfer $7,392.76 from Brightwood Civic Group, $10,000 from Summer Hill Citizens Council, and $20,000 from War Memorials and $6,000 from Northside Leadership Conference, and transferring those funds to District 1 DPW Projects +$7,878.76 +$3,878.76, Public Safety-AEDs +$9,514, and American Legion Post #681 +$20,000 and Allegheny West +$10,000, as per the "Revised Budget" column:
