Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work is one hundred and sixty three thousand eight hundred ninety one dollars and eighty-two cents ($163,891.82).  Funds received to be deposited into the following account:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Columbia Gas of PA for receipt of monies in connection with the paving of Conniston Avenue between Bon Air Avenue and Drycove Street, Fordyce Street, between Calle Street and Caperton Street, Caperton Street between Conninston Avenue to Roseton Street, Roseton Street between Caperton Street to Bon Air Avenue and Bon Air Avenue between Roseton Street to 208 Bon Air Avenue.  Funds will be expended from JDE accounting string 6090000419.50000.00.
