Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with AXON Enterprise, Inc. to provide body-worn cameras and tasers to the Bureau of Police, as well as additional related goods and services, at a cost not to exceed Ten Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars ($10,910,579) over the course of said Agreement(s).

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts, subject to appropriations in future years, as follows:
