Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Segal Waters Consulting, 1800 M Street NW, Suite 900 S, Washington, DC 20036-5802, for professional services rendered in connection with labor arbitrations in an amount not to exceed Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($52,538.75), charging to 11101.108000.53.53513.2019.
