Resolution amending Resolution 879 of 2018 which authorized the Director of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the Three Taxing Bodies, by exercising the right to renew for one year at an additional cost of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 879 of 2018, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the three taxing bodies, for a sum not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) over one year, with two optional one year extensions, and for the payment of the costs thereof.” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the Three Taxing Bodies, for a sum not to exceed [Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00)] Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00) over [one year] two years, with [two optional one year extensions] one optional one year extension.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2019: $450,000.00 from 1070876500.54201.00
2020: $250,000.00 from 1070876500.54201.00
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
Section 3. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
