Title: Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution number 565 of 2019, entitled "Authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation (MTF) Fund Program, should the grant be awarded by DCED, to provide funding for the South 21st Street Complete Green Street Project. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 40, effective January 10, 2019 which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation (MTF) Fund Program, should the grant be awarded by DCED, to provide funding for the South 21st Street Complete Green Street Project.
