Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FOURTY FIVE THOUSANDD SIX HUNDRED FIFTY ($245,650.00) dollars for the purpose of installing electric vehicle charging stations in a parking lot located at 6117 Kirkwood Street. The grant requires a match of EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND EIGTH HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE ($81,883.00) dollars from the Pittsburgh Parking Authority. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400290.45505.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FOURTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY ($245,650.00) dollars for the purpose of installing electric vehicle charging stations in a parking lot located at 6117 Kirkwood Street under the terms of the agreement between t...
