Resolution amending Resolution No. 341 of 2016, by further authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc., in order to continue licensing application software and for the purchase of associated subscription, maintenance, cloud hosting and professional services for years 2019, 2020 and 2021. The cost of the extension shall not exceed $559,706.37. Total cost $1,031,556.37 for years 2016-2021.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Sections. Resolution No. 341 of 2016, is hereby amended to further authorize the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc., in order to continue licensing application software and for the purchase of associated subscription, maintenance, cloud hosting and professional services. Terms and conditions included in the original agreement or agreements procured through CoStars may be agreed upon by the parties to extend to the amendment(s). The cost of amending and extending the agreements for years 2019, 2020 and 2021 shall not exceed Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Six Dollars and Thirty-seven cents. The total cost of all licenses and services purchased shall not exceed One Million, Thirty One Thousand Five-Hundred Fifty Six Dollars and Thirty Seven Cents ($1,031,556.37) contingent upon annual appropriation by City Council of the following amounts:

Section 2. The form of all agreement or agreements are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
