Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The City is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with ZOLL Medical Corporation for the purchase or purchases of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and heart monitors from ZOLL Medical Corporation under Pennsylvania state contract (City Controller contract number 53028) at an overall cost not to exceed Three Million Ninety-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Dollars ($3,097,690).

Section 2.                     Said agreement(s) and/or purchase(s) are chargeable to and payable from the following account codes subject to the appropriation of funds by City Council in future budget years:
