Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to apply for a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s (RAAC) Gaming Economic Development fund for up to $500,000.00 to provide funding for the development of the Green Boulevard and, should the grant be awarded by RAAC, are authorized to enter into agreements with RAAC.  In the event this grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) for this stated purpose.  The grand does not require a local match.
