Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with National Testing Network (NTN) for services relating to the administration of Fire Barrier Assessment, for a sum not to exceed Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($49,875.00).

Funds shall be paid from the following account:

2019:                      $49,875.00 from 11101.109000.53.53901.2019

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
