Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance are authorized to enter into an or agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreement or agreements with a vendor for the purpose of providing audit services.  Said contract or agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in a cost not to exceed Four Hundred and Six Thousand Five Hundred and Three Dollars ($406,503) over three years with an option for two additional years. This agreement is subject to the appropriation of funds by City Council in future budget years and chargeable to and payable from:

Section 2.        The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
